High Point summer staffers are energetic, genuine, and caring college aged students who are passionate about serving your child. We complete an intensive search, interview process, and thorough training for all of our team members.

TAKING EXTRA MEASURES
Training at HP Camp
The entire High Point staff must undergo extensive training for two full weeks before the summer even begins. You can rest assured that our staff heads into the summer fully equipped to make the summer safe and fun for your campers.

ACTIVITIES TRAINING
Lifeguards, Zip Lines, Boating & More
Some activities at High Point require extra training. Lifeguards and boat drivers receive CPR and lifeguard certification, and staff running zip lines and ropes are trained for each new obstacle or element to ensure your camper is safe and has a great time!
